KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Change Management to join our Global Services Center organization.


  • Foster relationships with internal client teams at multiple levels and cultivate and manage business development opportunities

  • Contribute as a senior team member in development of transformation and change management programs for global solution and process implementations

  • Create product impact assessments, design and deliver change management plans to deliver overall business objectives

  • Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the internal client's functional area

  • Develop and deliver executive presentations for stakeholder communications to provide updates on adoption program strategy, approach and progress

  • Understand the overall business implementation program and the fundamental solution being developed/deployed, including its business value, blueprint, how it fits with the overall architecture or business operations


  • Minimum of eight years’ experience working in one or more of the following areas; transformation and/or change management programs strategic or organizational change management

  • Minimum of eight years’ experience managing and executing multiple concurrent work streams of change and implementation management and leveraging best-suited methodologies and practices

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university

  • Experience creating, developing and executing end-to-end large-scale, multi-site implementation projects and international experience

  • Ability to adapt quickly to acquiring new information and taking on new challenges

  • Excellent presentational skills with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
