KPMG is currently seeking an Enterprise Portfolio Architect LRC/Risk to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a remote work opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, research, and maintain portfolio aligned roadmaps, which include product selection, versions, upgrades, projects, and milestones

  • Partner with firmwide leaders to align the technology strategies necessary for successful delivery on the strategic initiatives of the firm while maintaining balance with supporting the evolutionary needs of the portfolio set

  • Facilitate organizational change by defining technical strategies for the firm, supporting efforts to reduce costs, increase efficiencies, provide increased value and capabilities, reduce risks, and increase security; support the build of reference architecture and patterns for strategic technology

  • Communicate best practices by giving presentations and authoring content aimed at educating others about standards, strategies, and otherwise defined best practices; drive closure to technology decisions and support plans to deliver improvements in technology at KPMG

  • Assess firmwide strategies and business demands to determine what software, integration technologies, system architectures, and patterns should be employed to meet business objectives efficiently; evaluate the technology requiring a single solution or matrixed evaluation of multiple solutions through research, proof of concept, or scoped testing

  • Provide technical design, patterns and architectural leadership, including documenting and diagramming the logical, physical, and process views across multiple technology domains; collaborate with project teams to assist in delivery of the solution implementation by providing guidance as needed to application, engineering, and operations teams

Qualifications:

  • Minimum eight years of recent IT Architecture experience supporting a SaaS and platform centric strategy and implementation cycle with the ability to integrate in support of an enterprise

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred

  • Strong understanding of extending strategic platforms and out of the box functionality to support best in class desktop and mobile experiences, mobile technologies, mobile architecture options including Native, Hybrid and Web and the applicability of each, mobile design best practices for authentication, Single Sign On, data handling, encryption of data at rest, performance, and user experience

  • Solid understanding of cloud, SaaS, and data center architecture and its ability to integrate in support of an enterprise; comprehension of other significant marketplace offerings and corresponding capability sets; experience with deployment of solutions and technical products on web and managed mobile platforms

  • Able to effectively develop presentations and present ideas and proposals to all levels of management and technical expertise; aptitude to articulate business value Stakeholder KPMG Salesforce strategy to the business and other member firms across the globe; skilled in effectively developing presentations and presenting ideas and proposals to all levels of management and technical expertise; knowledge of ServiceNow GRC or other GRC tools preferred; deep knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture and Microservices best practices, Enterprise Service Bus platforms

  • Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team as well as foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization; capacity to participate in development of resource plans and structures and influence organizational priorities
