KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in CIO Advisory for ourpractice.


  • Design, build and operate highly available products and infrastructure on public and private clouds

  • Apply experience of DevOps/SCM/SRE best practices to enable highly available & reliable systems and processes including source control, artifact management, build, and deployment systems for a global workforce

  • Outline the operations SLA for the serviceability and maintains the SLA on development, test and production infrastructure by instrumenting monitoring and troubleshooting

  • Work with clients on build and release engineering for cross-platform product platforms on premise and on cloud

  • Provide advisory support and guidance on engagements and works closely with the engineers on development, build, deployment and release and drives the business objective, continuous improvements, and best practices within and across teams

  • Understand the intricacies of trunk based development and designs, documents and implements consistent release, branch, build, and deploy patterns that increase value chain efficiency


  • Minimum of four years of experience in DevOps, software engineering, release engineering, and/or software configuration management

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science or related discipline

  • Deep understanding of IaC, SaaS, PaaS and building highly available infrastructure using public cloud technologies and native services

  • Experience working with a large CICD pipeline and continuously improving the release process for many products with competing timelines

  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of software configuration management systems and/or source code version control systems and experience automating build and release processes, build management, dependency management and continuous integration/deployment tools

  • Experience with Agile development and methodologies and experience with Linux, UNIX, and Windows; Understanding of service-oriented attitude with excellent problem solving and analytical skills

  • Travel may be up to 80-100%
