KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Customer and Operations for ourpractice.


  • Work with clients to understand the business needs and functional requirements of enabling a Connected Commerce capability across the operating model, including process, technology and people

  • Establish client value propositions that tie business metrics and C-Level Executive focus areas directly to operational business improvements and customer outcomes

  • Provide oversight of highly skilled client and KPMG work teams throughout the project lifecycle and help ensure timely execution of project deliverables

  • Work across multiple client functions to identify and develop recommendations in order to effect the change needed to achieve a Connected Commerce capability

  • Assist with proposal development and other new business development activities by leveraging existing relationships with C-level executives

  • Participate in continual development and publication of thought leadership and service offerings


  • A minimum of seven years of experience in a B2B and/or B2C digital commerce or related function with at least five years in a professional services firm

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Operations or a related field from an accredited college/university; MBA from an accredited college/university is preferred

  • Functional knowledge of commerce-oriented business processes such as ecommerce, marketing, distribution and fulfillment, order management, payments, pricing and promotions, and analytics

  • Working knowledge of technology solutions for the above, including exposure to at least two ecommerce platforms, CRM tools, and order management solutions

  • Excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical, written and verbal communication, client presence, client relationship development, facilitation, and presentation skills

  • Travel may be up to 80-100%

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
