KPMG is currently seeking an Executive Director, Enterprise Functions to join our Global Technology organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead large cross-functional team driving technology transformation across all corporate functions, e.g., Finance, People, HR, Procurement, and other

  • Build relationships across business stakeholders by positing a full set of IT services including approaches to adopt emerging digital technology into KPMG processes

  • Collaborate with KPMG member firms and Regional Delivery Centers to support adoption of Information Technology Services (ITS) Global digital and platform services

  • Establish strong relationships with the ITS Global Management Team, Department Leads, and Business Functional Leadership

  • Manage a large portfolio of programs and projects reporting plan vs. delivery successes for ITS Global Services

  • Efficiently manage client and internal resources to maximize utilization and ensure team is trained and skilled to meet business expectations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum fifteen years’ experience in IT roles spanning strategy, architecture, delivery functions

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or within a related field within a related field from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

  • Excellent interpersonal skills especially in areas of teamwork, facilitation, influence, and negotiation

  • Experience in Big Four or other firm providing similar services, working across enterprise functions, e.g., Finance, IT, People, Business Planning, Procurement, other and/or client-facing consulting experience driving transformation of corporate internal functions
