KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Audit Resource Management to join our Business Support Group organization.


  • Develop and implement staffing strategies that help maximize utilization and minimize unassigned time

  • Work directly with leadership to create staffing solutions that follow firm guidelines, and best develop employee career path

  • Provide accurate and timely reporting insights covering forecasted utilization, actual utilization, and projected full time employees; discuss with leadership about directional focus of resources

  • Monitor staff and manager progress toward chargeability goals, work with performance leaders to identify issues, and lead team meetings regarding staffing plans

  • Work with Human Resources and Recruiting to best determine resource and hiring needs, timing, onboarding plans, and help coordinate with teams on hiring strategies


  • Minimum of five years of resource management, professional recruiting, or client service delivery experience preferably with a professional services environment

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel (i.e. pivot tables), and Outlook
