KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Secure Connectivity Chapter Head to join our Global Technology & Knowledge group which is part of KPMG International organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Account for the Secure Connectivity Chapter team leadership, perfecting a global Secure Connectivity organization whilst creating a vision and objectives, setting priorities and strategic / tactical direction and goals aligned with KPMG International, Global Enterprise Technology (GET), and business functions goals

  • Oversee a team of at least thirteen full time employees consisting of a mix of KPMG staff / contractors

  • Manage a proactive working relationship with senior stakeholders and executives; maintain relationships with the business functions and all Global Enterprise Technology (GET) teams to ensure a smooth transition of business solutions and services into steady state operations

  • Lead the process for the definition and agreement of requirements for third-party services required for the delivery and smooth operation of Secure Connectivity services ensuring all statements of work align with the stated requirements

  • Set team KPIs to ensure operational excellence and to identify gaps with a view to continually improve team performance and the level of service, including financial optimizations and opportunities to realize efficiencies through automation and cloud native operational procedures

Qualifications:

  • Minimum ten years of hands-on and leadership experience working in a multi-cultural, multi-vendor environment in a multi-discipline team across countries with sound knowledge in building effective working relationships

  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university in business management, technology management, computer science, information systems, information management or related field or acquired academic level by working experience or relevant industry renowned certifications

  • Infrastructure experience and knowledge including an advanced understanding of Palo Alto Technologies, Azure Networking services, as well as strong familiarity with routing, switching, and bridging in both LAN and WAN environments

  • Experience with ISO/IEC 27000 family of standards

  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, putting required measurements and management architectures in place to achieve improvement goals

  • Excellent communication skills in English, verbally and written skills to all levels of the organization; be confident in dealing with staff, managers, and partners across the firm
