KPMG is currently seeking a Tax Data Associate to join ourpractice.

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with various engagement team members providing support that includes but is not limited to billing, time and expense reporting, coordinating and booking training, Continuing Professional Education and independence compliance, developing presentations, arranging meetings and catering, booking travel, correspondence, and telephone assistance

  • Provide assistance with market development opportunities including research and helping to ensure timely input of appropriate information in database and

  • Assist with electronic files and deliver technical data assistance (Excel, Word, Power Point, PDF portfolio creation)

  • Interact and liaise with client personnel at various levels

  • Help with Client Site Visit coordination (e.g., scheduling meetings, email correspondence with Client contacts, documentation organization received from client, Orion maintenance, and compiling data from multiple sources)

  • Provide engagement project setup support (e.g., SOW drafting, fill out engagement setup form, input opportunities, and KPET preparation)

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of prior work experience with strong administrative and data management skills

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience

  • Strong organizational and computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, Access and Excel

  • Ability to gather data from multiple data sources, organize data received from client and review and revise as needed

  • Able to assume and perform multiple tasks concurrently, from various management members in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with the ability to work overtime as needed

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent work ethic and interpersonal skills
