KPMG is currently seeking an Executive Assistant Tax, to join our BPG-Tax organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to include arranging travel plans and meetings; interact and liaise with members of the functional team, management and external clients and handle confidential information

  • Build relationships with internal and external clients and obtain an understanding of priorities, projects and preferences in order to meet expectations

  • Consistent and accurate use of business applications and the ability to create training materials for use in everyday administrative applications and processes

  • Systematic quality control to ensure accuracy and proactively addressing issues that negatively impact processes and procedures

  • Proofread emails and correspondence and demonstrate professionalism and tact in interactions with others

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment

  • High School diploma or equivalent; completed coursework from an accredited college/university is preferred

  • Ability to proactively troubleshoot problems, ask questions for clarification and understand when to escalate

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, Web-based research skills and ability to learn firm-wide applications and technology packages

  • Ability to prioritize competing requirements and/or deadlines

  • Capacity to work overtime, as needed
