KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in M&A Services for ourpractice.


  • Execute on a broad range of data and analytics techniques at the direction of KPMG and client leaders

  • Research and study the business for a given project and critically dissect the strategy, leading the development of insightful analysis and creating a hypothesis-driven approach

  • Author, prepare and deliver marketing and training materials for all professional levels; help lead project work streams including structuring the work, executing it, generating insights, preparing written communications, and effectively communicating results to the team and client

  • Provide deep business analytics and integrate findings into project deliverables


  • A minimum of three years consulting experience in Strategy, M&A, and/or transaction services with deep experience in data and analytics, along with significant financial analysis experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in a quantitative field such as data analysis, statistics, mathematics, finance or economics; Master's degree in one of these areas is highly preferred

  • Superior analytical skills using financial modeling, research, accounting analysis; proficiency with financial research tools

  • Strong understanding of statistical techniques such as aggression, clustering, A/B testing, and time series modeling and forecasting

  • Ability to explain technical concepts to business people, and explain business concepts, issues and challenges to technical people
