KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Spectrum practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the on-site client point of contact for daily operational delivery and issues resolution

  • Deliver weekly and monthly status performance reports

  • Provide day to day oversight to the overall service delivery team including both on and off shore resources to ensure service quality and standards are maintained and delivered

  • Work with the Order Management team to support demand planning, contract intake, data setup and quality reviews

  • Client delivery support providing timely and accurate reporting and creating and delivering insights to clients with Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

  • Provide data analysis, review inputs for accuracy, log and manage issues

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of experience in the successful management of Service Delivery Products or related experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in the fields of outsourcing management, finance, general business or a related discipline

  • Intermediate level financial analyst, analytical skills and proven ability to meet tight deadlines and service levels

  • Strong team coordination experience working with remote and off-shore teams; Analytical, strong data management capability with experience working with SOX controlled processes and solutions

  • Prior background working in procurement operations / commercial management or a related function and an understanding of shared services and outsourcing contracts
