KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Office Services Representative to join our Integrated Operations Network organization.
Support various office operations including facilities, hoteling, mailroom, meeting and catering coordination, office equipment, supplies, reception, and others
Perform operational tasks in accordance with standard practices and procedures relating to hoteling and workspace management
Monitor reservations entered into the system for accuracy and helps evaluate user compliance with daily check and release of workspace
Assist members of the operations team on various projects and other duties
Handle phone calls, email and interaction with customers of all levels, ensures response to all inbound calls
Provide backup administrative and clerical support as needed
Minimum of three years of general office experience; preferably within a professional services firm
High School diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Familiarity with general office equipment and troubleshooting
Ability to lift up to twenty pounds
Flexibility to work minimal overtime, as requested
