KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Office Services Representative to join our Integrated Operations Network organization.


  • Support various office operations including facilities, hoteling, mailroom, meeting and catering coordination, office equipment, supplies, reception, and others

  • Perform operational tasks in accordance with standard practices and procedures relating to hoteling and workspace management

  • Monitor reservations entered into the system for accuracy and helps evaluate user compliance with daily check and release of workspace

  • Assist members of the operations team on various projects and other duties

  • Handle phone calls, email and interaction with customers of all levels, ensures response to all inbound calls

  • Provide backup administrative and clerical support as needed


  • Minimum of three years of general office experience; preferably within a professional services firm

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Familiarity with general office equipment and troubleshooting

  • Ability to lift up to twenty pounds

  • Flexibility to work minimal overtime, as requested
