KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Specialist, User Success Manager in Deal Advisory and Strategy Analytics for our Deal Advisory (https://advisory.kpmg.us/) practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for internal users, assisting them in effectively utilizing our analytics and AI-enabled applications to achieve strategic business outcomes

  • Facilitate user adoption of new apps by conducting training sessions, creating user guides, and providing ongoing support to ensure a smooth integration into daily workflows

  • Proactively engage with users to collect feedback on app functionality and user experience, and collaborate with the development team to inform improvements or the creation of new features

  • Identify and recommend existing internal tools and applications that align with user needs, enhancing their data, analytics, and AI capabilities

  • Monitor user engagement and app performance metrics, and develop strategies to increase adoption rates and user satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of recent experience in a customer success, user support, or client service role, preferably within the technology, analytics, or AI sectors

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field

  • Proven track record of improving product adoption and user satisfaction in a technology-oriented environment

  • Strong familiarity with analytics, data visualization tools, and AI technologies, with the ability to grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical users

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and train users of varying skill levels

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment, preferably in consulting, deal advisory, mergers and acquisitions, or corporate strategy services

  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed
