KPMG is currently seeking an Executive Director, Business Technology Services Lead / IT Relationship Manager to join our Global Technology organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee planning and delivery activities

  • Execute strategic planning

  • Manage customer relationship management and opportunity pipeline management

  • Keep track of status tracking and reporting plan vs. delivery successes for Information Technology Serives (ITS) Global Services

  • Efficiently allocate resources to maximize utilization

Qualifications:

  • Minimum fifteen years in a senior strategic account management role with overall IT background experience

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or within a related field from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

  • Strong proven experience in developing and executing strategic partnerships with stakeholders

  • Experience managing the delivery of solutions within large, multinational organizations

  • Ability to lead large, virtual teams comprised of employees, contractors and on-shore / off-shore resources and multiple layers of management

  • Experience in Big Four (or other technology firm providing similar services) working in client-facing technology consulting, selling and/or practice delivery
