KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Client Digital Analytics Lead to join our Global Technology organization.


  • Lead ideation, innovation sessions, and business and technology strategy workshops with clients, multi-disciplinary, cross-functional and cross-member firm’s teams to identify new business services embedding data and analytics capabilities that help to generate new revenue streams

  • Translate advanced business analytics problems into technical approaches that yield actionable recommendations, across multiple, diverse domains; communicate results and educate others through design and build of insightful visualizations, reports, and presentations

  • Work with clients to discover business opportunities to create new monetizable information/data drive services and make those services available via new emerging technologies and consumption approaches

  • Knowledge of tools in data ingestions and enriching, data engineering, machine learning/ Deep Learning, data analytics, cognitive computing, and data visualization and reporting areas

  • Execute regular trend scouting across venture capital (VC) communities, education facilities and Think Tanks that can add value to improving digital adoption across KPMG, embedding technology in everything we do

  • Establish strong relationships with the client stakeholders, Information Technology Services (ITS) Global Management Team, Department Leads, and Business Functional Leadership to drive cross-functional digital transformation


  • Minimum of ten years in IT roles spanning strategy, architecture and/or delivery functions driving digital transformation and data strategy leveraging emerging technologies and cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS and Google)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or within a related field from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

  • Broad understanding of KPMG’s services mission, strategic directions and understanding of digital technology (e.g. Cloud Platform and Cloud Services in the areas of data analysis, data engineering, machine and deep learning, cognitive computing and data visualization and reporting)

  • Strong interpersonal skills especially in areas of teamwork, facilitation, influence, and negotiation

  • Experience in Big Four (or similar professional services firms) working across client-facing service lines such as Advisory, Audit and Tax is preferred

  • Ability to define digital transformation and data strategy
